## ASC Pro Membership — Broker Operations Level ### Purpose ASC Pro Membership grants qualified operators the ability to function at a **full broker-operations level**, including unrestricted deal structuring and desking inside Autobroker.io. Auto brokerage operates similarly to a **real estate brokerage model for vehicles**. While the concept is relatively new, **auto broker licensing is now regulated and enforced**. ASC Pro Membership exists to give advanced operators real execution authority inside a **fully compliant brokerage framework**. Pro Members are no longer learning—they are **actively operating as brokers**, from anywhere, at any time. --- ### Brokerage Structure All ASC Pro Members operate **under the NYAutoBroker.com automobile broker license**, unless they independently hold a qualifying license where legally permitted. This means: * All activity is conducted under NYAutoBroker.com’s brokerage authority * Transactions, disclosures, and representations flow through a licensed entity * Pro Members function operationally as the broker, similar to agents under a real estate brokerage --- ### Operational Authority ASC Pro Members receive: * **Full, unrestricted access to Desking in Autobroker.io** * Authority to structure lease and finance deals end-to-end * Control over payments, incentives, rebates, and deal logic * Ability to manage profitability and execution independently * Freedom to operate remotely from home, office, or mobile There are **no desking guardrails** at the Pro level. All actions are permanently logged through a **full audit trail** for transparency and compliance. At this level, Pro Members operate at the **same execution tier currently held by Stephen Joseph**. --- ### Fees & Compensation All broker fees are: * **Collected through NYAutoBroker.com** * Processed inside the approved brokerage system * Handled in compliance with all applicable laws Pro Members do not collect broker fees outside this structure. --- ### Prerequisites ASC Pro Membership **requires prior certification**. Pro is **not a certification level**—it is an **operational authority tier**. Certification establishes eligibility.
