Here are some guidelines for the community:
- Meet everyone with respect and curiosity.
- Share your wins and celebrate each other - everyone needs a space to do that regularly. Permission to shine.
- Share your slumps AND what you want to do about it - get the support and witness that you need to keep moving forward.
- Some industry FB groups have the tendency to foster toxicity (there's often good stuff too, but not enough!) - this group is different and rises above that sh*t so we can think clean, clear and and stay focused vs distracted.
