BASD- EASD Equity Fellowship

In partnership with the United Way and Faces International, the goal of the Easton and Bethlehem Area School District Teacher Fellowship is to increase educators' knowledge of systemic inequities within the local school districts, raise self-awareness around their own experiences and biases, and develop the skills to create a more culturally responsive and equitable classroom environment.

The entire program is based on the PA Department of Education's Common Ground Framework.
