Become Decisive

About this course

Become Decisive is a practical course in fighter-pilot decision discipline, adapted for business, leadership, and life.

It teaches you how to see clearly, define what good looks like, keep your options open, and commit under uncertainty. Not by pretending the future can be made certain, but by training the way you decide when it is not.

The course is seven short video lessons. You'll learn the method, then work a real decision through the Decision Canvas, one move at a time, compare your completed Canvas against a worked example, and finish by running the full method on a decision of your own. The Canvas stays with you, for every decision after it.

One foundation: see clearly. Three moves: define what good looks like, keep your options open, commit under uncertainty.
