Become One Again: Marriage Rescue Plan

About this course

The 8-week Marriage Rescue Plan is a structured relationship restoration and growth program designed to help couples move from conflict, disconnection, and unhealthy patterns toward emotional safety, trust, intimacy, and long-term partnership. The entire video course has a total running time of approximately 8 hours, so couples can complete the course and exercises in less than 8 weeks if they want to proceed at a faster pace. I support the course with weekly group video sessions where course participants can ask questions, share challenges, and share progress with fellow participants.

Across the course, couples learn practical tools to stop destructive fighting, understand each other’s communication styles, rebuild trust, heal emotional wounds, and navigate conflict with greater empathy, accountability, and skill. The program emphasizes that healthy relationships are not free from struggle, but are strengthened through a repeating cycle of connection, disconnection, repair, and renewal, teaching couples how to recognize early warning signs, use repair strategies, and return to one another with love rather than defensiveness.

It also helps partners create a shared relationship manifesto or connection covenant that defines who they choose to be together, especially in hard moments, and encourages regular maintenance through weekly check-ins, monthly recalibrations, quarterly or annual renewal rituals, and daily practices of gratitude, validation, affection, and intentional connection.

Throughout, the course frames marriage not only as a bond between two people but as a legacy-building endeavor that shapes children, family culture, and future generations, ultimately inviting couples to become “conscious creators” of a peaceful, loving, resilient relationship that they actively nurture over time rather than simply trying to survive.
