BlueSky Connect is a community of professionals I have come to know personally through coaching, leadership programmes, events and professional relationships.

I believe that when people are authentic and self-aware, lead with empathy and create greater balance in their lives, they contribute more effectively and are more likely to thrive. So are the people they work with and lead.

The name BlueSky reflects what I want this community to offer: openness, clarity, optimism and possibility. Blue-sky thinking means approaching questions with an open mind, looking beyond the obvious and making space for new ideas.
