We are looking for a driven Booking Operations Manager to join our digital marketing agency, which focuses on serving small businesses. As an extension of our clients, the Booking Team calls and texts prospects, books appointments, and gets them excited about changing their lives.

About the Role

As the Booking Operations Manager, you’ll be part of our operations team, supporting the Booking Team by giving them the tools they need to succeed. Unlike the rest of the team, you will have ownership of our Booking Team, whose mission is to connect with leads via phone and text to book them into appointments for our clients. You’ll oversee daily operations, improve systems and processes, build effective schedules, and ensure that the team’s performance is recorded and easily accessible.
