TCI Coaches Community

The Coach Initiative was built on a simple belief: that great coaching can change an organization, and a changed organization can change the world. For 20 years, we've been connecting talented volunteer coaches with nonprofit leaders who need them — and watching remarkable things happen as a result.

This community exists because of YOU.

The coaches who make TCI's work possible deserve more than a match and a handoff. You deserve a place to connect, grow, and be seen as the professionals you are, by us and by each other.

So here it is. This is your space.

Dig into the discussion threads, tap into the collective wisdom of coaches doing this work all over the world. Show up for events that bring our global community together and offer fresh perspectives on coaching, leadership, and everything in between. And explore the resources shared here to deepen the impact of the work we're all doing together.

We've spent 20 years building something worth being part of; YOU bring it to life.
