Cooking Commando's - Wild Game

I’m a lifelong outdoorsman with a passion for hunting, fishing, and honoring the animals we harvest. Over the years, I’ve spent countless days in the field chasing everything from small game and wild turkeys to waterfowl and fish, learning that the hunt doesn’t end when the tag is filled—it ends at the table.

This course was created to help hunters and anglers feel confident turning wild game into meals they’re proud to share. While I may be best known for my time in the turkey woods and my television work on the Hunt Channel, my true passion is bringing people together through food, tradition, and shared knowledge.

My goal with this cookbook is to build a growing community where outdoorsmen and women can learn, contribute, and keep wild-game cooking traditions alive—one recipe at a time.
