About the Daughters of Deborah Mentor Leadership Program
The Daughters of Deborah Mentor Leadership Program is more than just a course, it’s a divine calling. Founded and facilitated by Pastor Allison Mahon, this eight-week journey is designed to equip and commission women to rise as leaders in the spirit and mantle of Deborah.
Participants are trained, stretched, and empowered to lead with wisdom, integrity, and grace. Through this program, women learn to:
1. Facilitate Bible studies with confidence
2. Disciple and mentor other women
3. Pray and prophesy with accuracy
4. Represent the mantle of Deborah with excellence
But this is more than training, it’s a holy commissioning. It is a season where God is raising up His daughters to not only carry the Deborah mantle but to multiply it. This pathway is an opportunity to engage fully through teachings, assignments, and community connections, while discovering and activating your unique gifts, talents, and leadership potential.
