About this community
L'Elegance New York was founded in September 2023 by Olga Kuznetcova — a self-made entrepreneur, former model, and Columbia University–certified organizational coach with a Master's degree in Psychology.
What began with just 5 students has grown into a global academy with over 3,000 students worldwide, featured in the New York Post.
Our Mission
We believe true elegance isn't about status or performance — it's about knowing who you are and expressing your strengths with confidence. We help women reconnect with their authentic presence, so they can move through the world with grace and quiet power.
What We Do
L'Elegance offers the Elegance Refinement Mentorship (a 6-month online program covering etiquette, body language, and femininity & charisma), live classes in New York, and the Glow Up Experience — a 3-day in-person program in New York
