Welcome to our Empowerment Community! I'm Bree, turned 56 in June, located in Berlin, Germany. This is my first time setting up a community here, and I'm learning alongside you. Here's a tip: keep videos around 1 minute long. My original 6-minute video was a bit much, so you'll see it in shorter segments!
I encourage you to introduce yourself through a post or video. I'll be cheering for you and celebrating every step we take together. We're all on this journey through menopause, in all its stages, and I'm confident we will develop amazing strategies to thrive and become the best version of ourselves.
