About this community
The BEBC Entrepreneurship & Newcomer Financial Literacy Program is a transformative six-week learning experience designed to help Black entrepreneurs across Canada build financial confidence, heal their money narratives, and make empowered business decisions. Developed by the Black Entrepreneurs and Businesses of Canada Society (BEBC), and made possible in partnership with Black Opportunity Fund and TD Bank, this program goes beyond the basics of budgeting and bookkeeping — addressing the real financial barriers business owners face, from historical trauma to systemic inequities.
Through expert-led sessions, practical tools, and community support, participants gain clarity on topics like cash flow, credit, business banking, tax readiness, and investment strategies. WealthWise equips entrepreneurs with the knowledge to strengthen their financial foundation, access capital with confidence, and build generational wealth.
