Welcome to the KateB Community - a space to connect to Kate and get support for your journey to brilliance - to learn, expand and to nourish your professional and personal goals, in the company of peers and others with similar aspirations.

This is a community brought together for professionals who are invested in their learning, and seek inspiration and peer support in a light touch and fun way. It's a space for those interested in the coaching journey (and curious about what their Zone of Brilliance might look like), for 121 clients for continued support following a coaching pathway and for participants in group courses, gather walks, webinars and retreats.

So I welcome you here - come and connect with myself and others, and dive into new ideas that blend creativity and wellbeing as well as the hard and soft leadership skills that we find in the workplace, and also outside it in the liminal and other creative spaces.
