Fundable in 30 Days

About this course
Most organisations lose out on funding not because they are unqualified, but because they are unprepared. They often lack the specific evidence, documentation, and operational maturity that professional investors, foundations, and lenders demand.
The Nonprofit Capacity Accelerator Program is a structured, four-week intensive designed to move Canadian nonprofits, charities, and social enterprises from "at-risk" to "investor-ready". Guided by Kalabash, a cooperative of over 20 expert service providers, you will stop the guesswork and begin building a professional foundation that turns your organisation into a "good investment".
What You Will Achieve
By the end of this course, you will have:
-Completed the KQ Diagnostic: Benchmark your organisation across nine key domains using the Kalabash Questionnaire to receive a scored readiness report and a board-ready action plan.
-Built Your "Blueprint": Assemble a compliant Funding Data Room (document vault) containing the bylaws, financials, and policies funders expect to see.
-Mastered the Seven Pillars: Align your organisation with the Seven Pillars of Funder Readiness: Financials, Business Model, Impact, Leadership, Program Design, Evaluation, and Learning.
-Launched Your Pipeline: Access a curated list of 200+ aligned funders and develop a 90-day outreach plan with professional scripts.
