About this community
This is a community for women living with chronic pain who want to reconnect with their bodies and themselves.
This community is rooted in the understanding that pain is not just a physical experience—it is shaped by our nervous system, our emotions, our history, and the way we relate to our bodies and our lives.
This is a space to slow down, listen, and explore what pain may be asking for rather than pushing it away or trying to “fix” it.
Through mind–body tools, nervous system awareness, reflection, and shared language, you’ll find support, resources, and permission to relate to your body differently. Here, we focus on the relationship with self first—because safety, intimacy, and healing begin inside.
Grounded in embodied intimacy, nervous system awareness, and the mind–body connection, this space offers tools, resources, and support to help transform the relationship with pain —shifting from resistance and overwhelm to understanding, self-trust, and compassion.
