What started as small steps to protect my family grew into a way of life, and eventually into owning a Healthy Living store where I got to share this passion every day. I’ve seen firsthand how confusing greenwashing and endless product choices can be. Cut through the noise to find what really works. To me, healthy living isn’t about perfection—it’s about creating a home that feels safe, balanced, and full of joy. I believe little swaps add up to big changes, and I’m here to make that journey feel simple and empowering.
