Impact 6 2026

Impact 6 is a 6-week paid youth apprenticeship program for ages 14–24 focused on workforce development, entrepreneurship, technology, and leadership. Participants work up to 20 hours per week while gaining hands-on experience in customer service, sales, marketing, business operations, content creation, community engagement, and digital skills.

Youth will attend trainings, complete assignments, work with mentors, hear from guest speakers, and participate in real-world projects designed to build confidence, communication, professionalism, and career readiness. Participants will also receive guidance with resumes, interviewing, banking setup, goal setting, and workplace expectations.

The program is designed to expose youth to career pathways, entrepreneurship opportunities, and professional environments while helping them develop practical skills that can lead to employment, internships, business ownership, and long-term success.
