We're building something simple, transparent, and collaborative. A way for people who want steady returns to invest together in real estate earning 10% annualized interest rate with a minimum commitment of as little as $10,000!!!
The T.R.U.E. (Trustworthy Returns, Unmatched Earnings) Investment Club was created to give everyday investors a chance to put their money work and take part in well-reviewed real estate projects with experienced club leaders. We know that life is busy and that many deals move fast, so we set this up to help you stay involved without having to constantly chase the next opportunity.
Our goal is to gather a total of $1,000,000 in investment commitments. With that funding in place, we’ll be able to review and present solid opportunities to the group and move forward together, one deal at a time.
