Kayla is the Executive Assistant to Tiss Morrell with The Nickley Group. Working side by side with a top producing agent, Kayla has the insights for both the operations and sales side of this industry. She began in this industry as an Assistant to a single agent and progressed into the Director of Operations as she built the team with the team owner. From monitoring P&L's to hosting client events that resulted in revenue, Kayla focuses on executing the activities that support the goals set out by the organization/business owner.
