Kapuahīnano
Aloha kākou! I’m Kapuahīnano, a Lomilomi practitioner (Hawaiian massage) devoted to the sacred traditions of Hawaiian healing. Along my journey, I’ve been blessed to learn and carry various forms of ancestral wisdom, including the healing art of Lā‘au Lapa‘au (Plant medicine). My work is a living offering: an interweaving of mo‘olelo (ancestral stories), plant intelligence, and embodied practice- all in service of helping others return to harmony with the natural world and their own intuitive knowing. I share remedies, recipes, and reflections that nourish body, spirit, and lineage. Through each story and every touch, I invite remembrance- of the land’s sacred intelligence, of our ancestral roots, and of the healing mana (power) that lives within us all. This space is a call to realign, reclaim, and reconnect.
