Mentorship Program

The Goalie Mentors Program exists to help goaltenders develop with purpose, consistency, and confidence. Led by Jeff Lerg, the program provides a complete and well-rounded mentorship experience built to support the full development of the athlete.

Through a combination of on-ice training, individual video review, physical training, athletic habit development, and mental performance coaching, our program is designed to address every major area that impacts success in the goaltending position.

Our leadership team includes Senior Coaches Steve McGuire, Jared Holsing, and Dawson Savchenko, who play a key role in guiding technical development, video analysis, and strategic athlete support. Natalie Ferenc serves as Mentorship Program Operations Coordinator, helping deliver a professional, organized, and high-quality experience for our members and families.
