About this community
The Goalie Mentors Community exists to help goaltenders develop with purpose, consistency, and confidence. Led by Jeff Lerg, the program provides a complete and well-rounded experience built to support the full development of the athlete.
Through a combination of group calls and recordings based on goalie specific development, athletic habits, and mental performance coaching, our program is designed to address every major area that impacts success in the goaltending position.
Our leadership team includes Senior Coaches Dave DeSander, Steve McGuire, and Dawson Savchenko, who play a key role in guiding technical development, video analysis, and strategic athlete support.
Our mission is simple: to help each goaltender grow into a more prepared, disciplined, and confident athlete.
