The Team Room

The Team Room is the heart of an ODA in Special Forces. It's home base for every man on the team, it's the HQ for that 12 man team/family. It is nestled inside a company and batallion and has an upstairs office and a downstairs with "cages" of Team equipment and lockers. It's where admin work is done, where training and missions are planned, where the new guys is given shit and where the beers are cracked at the end of the work day (sometimes that is 2:00pm/sometimes it is 10:00pm). The Mens League Team Room is YOUR community, it is comprised of my 1 on 1 coaching clients or other paying clients who have skin in the game and are committed to their goals. For the majority of you that is a future in SOF, for some of you it is being the best, most fit and capable man you can be for family, work, and yourself. Treat each other with respect or I'll axe you. Engage with one another, as you all have quite a bit in common, and ask questions to your coach or your peers. This is your Team Room.
