About this community
A private, adult-only support forum for people with ADHD and AuDHD. This is a social-media-free space to ask questions, share experiences, and connect with others who truly experience & understand the same challenges.
All members can access the forum chats, free groups & free resources, whilst paid subscribers can access additional collections such as AuDHD Anaylsis, AuDHD relaxation and members resource library under the learning tab.
Optional resources will also be available to purchase within the forum as well as discounts for free members on groups and events in the calendar.
To access free resources please go to the learning tab and select free resources - download any resources you wish for free.
