• Stop using “but” (and replace it with “and” without negating people
• Break the habit of “I don’t know” (and learn to take up space)
• Stop should-ing on yourself and others
• Reprogram the “movie in your mind” (what you watch + hear matters)
• End the right/wrong game and switch to working / not working
