Representing Yourself in the Family Law System

About this course

This course is for people navigating the family law system without a lawyer supporting them end-to-end. It is not legal advice, and it does not train anyone to be a lawyer. What it does is help someone understand what is happening around them, what the key documents and processes look like, and how to hold their own at each stage.

It covers both parenting and property matters, and it is designed to work whether the learner is the person who started the case or the person responding to it.
