Road To Discipleship Program [RTDP]
Each One Mentor One
RTDP is a discipleship program designed by Harvest Intercontinental Church, Olney-Maryland where each one reaches out to one person and each one teaches one person intending to make him a disciple of Jesus. So, the disciple-maker here is called MENTOR and the person discipled is called MENTEE.
As a church, we are called to make disciples and not just church members. That's why we've tied our membership class to this discipleship process. This whole process sits on the idea of personal mentoring (coaching).
It is made up four Bases and in order to have access, you have to register. Then you can participate as either a mentor or mentee.
