Rookie Basics Bootcamp (Baby 0–6 months) – Motor

About this course

A calm, practical motor roadmap for baby’s first 6 months—so you know what to look for and what to do next (without overthinking).

We’ll look at motor skills across positions (belly, back, supported sitting, and supported standing) and break it down by age band (0–2 months, 2–4 months, 4–6 months).

You’ll get simple “pick ONE” actions, quick visual demos that show what it looks like, what’s typical, and when it’s worth bringing questions to your pediatrician.
