Architecture Boardroom

The Architectural Boardroom is a peer-driven group coaching program for architectural firm owners and emerging leaders who are committed to growing sustainable, high-performing firms. Facilitated by Maryanne Hewitt, the Boardroom creates a trusted space for candid, peer-to-peer conversations around the real challenges architects face, such as inconsistent project revenue, revenue plateaus, and building leadership capacity within their firms.

Cohorts are designed specifically for firm owners and for emerging leaders, allowing each group to tackle the issues most relevant to their roles while learning from peers who understand the industry. Members meet monthly in virtual sessions and also have the option to work 1:1 with a high-performance coach.

The program focuses on systemizing the business side of architecture, helping firms build processes, leadership, and accountability so the firm can grow without requiring constant owner oversight.
