Her Path Her Power equips young women with the confidence, community, and opportunities to become the women they're called to be.

I created Her Path Her Power because I knew there were so many girls with big dreams, big goals, and amazing ideas. But I kept asking myself... where are they?
Why weren't they in these rooms? Why weren't they speaking on stages, leading organizations, applying for opportunities, or chasing the things they dreamed about?

I realized it wasn't because they weren't capable. So many of us grow up believing we have to wait—wait until we're older, have more experience, or someone gives us permission.
That's not true.

Everything we do is rooted in our 6 Ps: Purpose, Preparation, People, Presence, Persistence, and Pass It On.
