Here, we ask questions, share insights and explore ideas with openness, honesty and intellectual integrity.
Members do not want answers, they seek to ask better questions and learn to apply evidence based practice to an n=1 client in order to serve them to the highest level.
We believe that focusing on the process of building a relationship, providing autonomy and elevating the agency of our clients is the way for them to achieve the results they desire inside and out of the arena of health and fitness.
Training and nutrition are a vehicle for personal development and we as coaches are teaching people how to drive using industry leading best practices alongside a genuine level of care and attention to detail.
