Welcome to the Sättinstitutet community
The Sättinstitutet community is a learning space for people who want to understand, practice and develop new ways of leading, collaborating, facilitating and creating change.
At the heart of the community is the Way Approach — the idea that change is not only shaped by what we do, but by how we do it: how we think, listen, speak, relate, decide, lead and act together.
Many organizations and communities do not fail because they lack ideas, strategies or good intentions. They struggle because everyday patterns remain the same. Meetings follow old scripts. Decisions are made in familiar ways. Collaboration gets stuck in habits that are rarely named.
This community exists to make those patterns visible — and to help us test new ways in practice.
How the community works
We build the community around a simple weekly learning loop:
Observation → Reflection → Micro-test → Feedback
