Community guidelines

There are three aspects that are important to interact most effectively and abundantly in this group:

1. Posting: Always start a post with the appropriate hashtag, so we can organize the posts for easy searching. If your post doesn’t fit a hashtag below, then its probably not a fit for our group.

#ASK - ask for help with a design, facilitation, xchange question, etc

#GIVE - a resource, lesson learned, or offer to lead a change debrief

#WIN - any celebration, or positive outcome related to XCHANGE work

#PRAISE - an acknowledgement to anybody who has helped in some way relate to delivering xchange work

#DEBRIEF - share details about when you used xchange including key learnings
