We are all leaders, but we don't always show up at 100%. With overflowing plates—managing homes, schools, and community roles it often feels like us against the world. This creates a belonging gap where we struggle alone instead of thriving together.
What's easy for me might be challenging for you, and vice versa. Our upbringing, culture, education, and location shape how we lead. Instead of expecting conformity, what if we learned from our diverse experiences?
This community is built on that possibility. Throughout the year, I'll share ideas for staff, students, parents, and educators that apply beyond schools—in all areas of life. We'll create environments where everyone can bring their whole selves, where vulnerability meets support, and where leadership becomes collective.
