About this community
I built The Co-Parent Community because I needed it once and it didn't exist.
When my own relationship ended 17 years ago, I was overwhelmed, exhausted, and completely without a roadmap. I figured it out, and then I spent the next 17 years helping other parents do the same.
This community is the space I wish I'd had at the start. A place to come exactly as you are - angry, confused, or just desperate for someone who gets it, and find real tools, honest answers, and people who truly understand what you're going through.
This isn't a place where we stay stuck in the hard parts. It's a place where we do the work - together.
You don't need a willing co-parent to start changing your dynamic. You just need to show up. I'll be here.
