About this community
Our Mindful Movement Community provides the knowledge and skills to maintain your health and vitality, mobility, strength, and flexibility, and love of life through movement as medicine.
Sifu Marc Webster is an 8th Degree Gold Sash within the Henry Sue Circular Tong Long Kung Fu and Tai Chi Academy. He was promoted to the Custodian of the style in 2022.
Since 1993, Marc has dedicated his life to learning and practising traditional Chinese Martial Arts (Kung Fu, Tai Chi, and Qigong) and traditional East Asian Medicine (Zen Shiatsu, Japanese Acupuncture and Moxibustion, Sotai, herbal medicine, and more).
His passion for these arts lead him to want to share it with as many people as possible. With modern technology he offers an ever growing library as well as the opportunity to train in group classes or privately, no matter where you are in the world!
