Our signature Making Portland Home experience—is an event designed to elevate and celebrate Black professionals while fostering meaningful connections with leading companies. Our mission is to drive talent parity and equitable access to opportunity. Through strategic partnerships with employers and community leaders, The Mixer opens doors, strengthens networks, and accelerates career and business growth—building a more inclusive and competitive workforce. Our audience consist of Black professionals that are: leaders, entrepreneurs, tech talent and overall community reach.
