About this course

There is a particular ache many emerging leaders carry. You sense that God has placed something real in you, a calling you cannot quite shake. And still there is a gap between what you feel called to and what you are actually stepping into. The problem is rarely a lack of desire. More often, no one has shown you how to take what God placed inside you and give it a shape, a plan, and a first step.

The Rain-Maker Goal Lab was built for that gap.

In Scripture, rain is a picture of God's increase. The farmer prepares the ground and waits on the Lord for the harvest (James 5:7). A rain-maker, in Kingdom terms, is not someone who manufactures results on their own strength. It is a leader who does the faithful work and trusts God for the growth.

Over six weeks, using the RAINCREATOR framework, a Godly approach to goal setting, you will move from called to activated. You will set realistic, faith-aligned goals rooted in who God says you are, build a clear plan, take immediate action, work well with others, meet setbacks with resilience, aim high, move in step with God's timing, and finish by multiplying what God has grown in you into others.

This is not a lecture series. It is a working lab, with live teaching, Scripture-rooted lessons, and journal prompts that turn insight into action.

The Lab is led by Pastor Hezekiah, founder of Kingdom Impact Coaching Academy and author of The Divine Echo. He knows what it is to carry a calling you do not yet know how to steward, and he built this Lab to help you carry yours.

This is for the emerging Christian leader, roughly ages 18 to 40, who feels gifted but stuck, called but unsure where to begin. If that is you, there is a seat here.
