The Space To Breathe

About this course
Not because anything is “wrong” with you — but because your nervous system has learned to hold.
The Space To Breathe is a gentle, body-led EFT experience designed to help your system soften, regulate, and remember how to breathe with ease again.
Using a simple yet powerful EFT approach known as the Constricted Breath Technique, we work directly with the body’s response to stress, pressure, and emotional holding — without forcing change, analysing your story, or pushing past your limits.
This course meets you where you are.
You’ll be guided through slow, grounding practices that help:
release physical tightness in the breath and chest
calm an overactive nervous system
restore a felt sense of safety in the body
gently uncover emotional patterns linked to holding, pressure, or feeling restricted
build trust in your body’s natural rhythm again
Rather than focusing on “fixing” the breath, we create safety first — because breathing expands naturally when the body feels safe enough to let go.
This process is especially supportive if you:
feel short of breath during stress or emotional overwhelm
notice chest tightness, sighing, or breath holding
struggle to fully relax even when you want to
feel pressure, urgency, or a sense of being “held back” in life
want a calm, practical EFT tool you can return to anytime
Inside The Space To Breathe, you’ll receive:
a guided EFT session using the Constricted Breath Technique
clear, supportive instruction suitable for beginners
a slow, steady pace that honours your nervous system
language that speaks directly to the body, not over it
a repeatable practice you can use whenever breath feels tight or restricted
This is not a medical treatment, and it’s not about controlling your breath.
It’s an invitation to create enough safety for your breath to return on its own.
Because when the body feels supported, the breath remembers what to do.
And often, that’s where everything else begins to soften too.
