I desperately want us to ran away from health and wellness that’s summed up in trends, numbers on scales, before and after pics. I long for a world where we go FROM approaching exercise as a to do list item TO movement as a normal integrative aspect of life. Where community is basic infrastructure that anchors our very being, not the fabricated SIMS replicas that we have come to settle for.
