Welcome! We are Brittany and Shawn; ex-Canadian nurses turned real estate investors. Three years ago we moved all our business to the U.S. and doubled down on buying and selling U.S. real estate. We specialized in fix and flip and creative financing strategies. using 100% OPM for all our U.S. real estate acquisitions.
