Versatile Drummer Community

The Versatile Drummer Community is a place for dedicated drummers to access videos, pdfs, exercises, challenges, and conversations regarding drumming, music, practicing, gear, recording, teaching, learning, and more. The VDC was founded by Wayne Salzmann II, a professional drummer who has made a living touring nationally and internationally, recording on #1 albums, publishing best-selling books, teaching at Universities, and giving clinics/masterclasses worldwide. Versatility has been a cornerstone in Wayne's career. Any given week might include jazz, funk, rock, country, singer-songwriter, salsa, classical, Brazilian, worship, or musical gigs, and might also include teaching top-tier professional drummers, and/or giving a masterclass to a room full of non-musicians. This community is a resource to help members enrich their playing and thinking, and become more versatile, musical, and authentic drummers.
