About this course

The first four weeks of training are about building strong foundations, not rushing results.
This phase is designed to help you understand how training works, what is expected of you, and how progress is measured. You’ll learn the structure of classes, basic terminology, safety standards, and the habits that support long-term development. Consistency and awareness matter more than intensity at this stage.
Coaching happens in class. This section exists to support that coaching by providing clarity around focus, mindset, and expectations during your early training period. Use it to reinforce what you’re learning, stay accountable between sessions, and develop confidence in the process.
Everyone starts here, regardless of background or experience. Progress is earned through regular attendance, quality effort, and a willingness to learn. Trust the structure, ask questions when appropriate, and commit to showing up.
Strong foundations create capable, confident martial artists.
