West Shield Adolescent Services was founded by Allen Cardoza, a licensed private investigator and expert in non-violent crisis intervention. For over 30 years, West Shield has specialized in safely locating and transporting at-risk teens with compassion, professionalism, and care.
Our philosophy is built on therapeutic escorts and a duty of care—reducing fear, building trust, and guiding adolescents toward a positive new environment. We work closely with top professionals and treatment centers across the U.S. and internationally, ensuring families have the support and plans they need for long-term success.
