The conversation didn't feel finished.

Women Who Build began with that feeling. A room full of women who had spent a day together, and a shared sense that the questions were still open and the connection was worth keeping.

This is a home for the woman who is always building something. Sometimes it is a business. Sometimes a family, an idea, a life she is quietly reshaping from the inside out. Often it is all of these at once, held together with more care than anyone sees.

You do not need a business to belong here. You need only to be in it, whatever your it is, and to want honest company for the building.

There is no agenda. No pressure to perform, produce or prove. This is a place for thoughtful conversation, connection and support as we navigate what it means to build something that matters.

We gather in person once a month in Lismore, and the conversation continues in here between gatherings. Some months are full of ideas. Some are quiet. Both are welcome.
