My name is Mark Worley, and for nearly 40 years, I’ve lived and breathed baseball. It’s a sport that’s given me a lot of joy, especially through the art and science of coaching. In this section, I’m going to share a bit about me, my beginnings, and how my life’s work has unfolded.

I’ve been lucky enough to wear the coach’s hat for over 30 years. It’s been more than a career — it’s been a privilege. My coaching journey began when my son took his first swings at a baseball, and honestly, I haven’t looked back since. Stepping into those coaching shoes, I brought with me a wealth of experience from my own days playing at the collegiate level and the timeless wisdom passed down from great coaches I’ve met along the way.
