@Funmi Olatoye @Bolaji Olatoye @Evans Njoku If a contact signs up to multiple things/purchases with the same name and email. Does GL recognise them as the same person or a new person each time?
I add my email address to my purchase but because I think it registered me as someone new GL didn’t add my email address so I was a new contact and tag without email details.
How do I stop this happening?
