In 2019, Mike Roberts took a leap of faith and founded Creating Coding Careers, a nonprofit helping people from often overlooked communities break into the tech industry. He’s on a mission to create opportunities through paid training and mentorship while working with companies to build high-performing teams and kickstart apprenticeships.
