Quick Summary Product Updates and Feature Releases The team reviewed recent product updates, including the elimination of default padding in form builders and new QR code functionality that allows tracking of both scans and link clicks. Mohit announced upcoming releases including label alignment at the element level and the integration of forms and surveys into funnels, all scheduled for this week. The team also discussed the donations feature, which is currently in QA and expected to be available in September before the Level Up release. Go High Level Form Issues Discussion The team discussed several issues with forms and attachments in Go High Level. Breakaway reported that attachments in forms are not being sent to clients when purchased through external websites, and postal code fields are not updating in the CRM. Mohit requested ticket numbers to investigate these issues further. Charles explained that a sibling discount feature is in development and will be implemented through coupons. Lior inquired about controlling field width in surveys, and Mohit confirmed this feature is planned for future development. Michael asked about passing credit card processing fees to users for collect payment forms, and Mohit explained this feature will be added when recurring payments and donations are launched. Form Features and Enhancements Discussion The team discussed several form-related features and improvements. Charles requested an easier way to apply padding settings to all sides of a form element, and Mohit explained that while this was initially planned, it was removed due to potential conflicts with custom code. The team also clarified the differences between forms and surveys, with Mohit noting that while they share many features, surveys offer additional capabilities like multi-page functionality and partial submissions. Chris inquired about form logic enhancements, and Mohit revealed that a major overhaul of conditional logic is planned, including improved field selection and hiding/showing capabilities. The team also discussed text formatting options, with Mohit confirming that mobile-specific text size adjustments and AI-powered form calculations are planned features. Order Form Integration System Update The team discussed upcoming changes to order forms, with Mohit and Prakhar explaining that forms and surveys will be integrated natively into funnels, replacing the current order form system. Charles raised concerns about the impact of this change on documentation and training, but the team assured that existing order forms would remain available and that they would address migration challenges. Ryan announced that gift cards would likely be launched during the summit, and provided updates on virtual tickets and SEO features. The team also confirmed that order bumps would be maintained in the new system.
