Location: We’ll meet at the car park beside the creek bridge crossing, across from the beach.
Depending on the tide, we may head down to the beach.

What to bring: Bring a yoga mat, journal & pen, water bottle and bather's if you fancy a post-pilates dip.

Register for Thursday 30th of April, Sunrise Flow.

This week we will be weaving some more breath and playful movement, along with building on some movement patterns from last week.

Details:
🐋 Weekly community sessions starting April 30th 2026

--> Thursday's at Sunrise
⏰ 6:00am - 6:45am

📍Neilson's Beach (exact location shared in the scheduled event for the week)
Optional: swim, surf, or stay for coffee and connection after class.

What to bring:
• Yoga Mat
• Water Bottle
• Journal & Pen

After Class:
🌊 Bathers & Towel if swimming
🏄‍♀️ Your board if surfing

All levels of experience are welcome. I ask that, if you have any health concerns or injuries, please let me know before the session so I can offer alternative adjustments.
